DESCRIPTION:Lyracle will present in an early music history course at the University of Massachusetts Amherst taught by Emiliano Ricciardi\, whose Tasso in Music Project aided in the curation of our program\, “Molza: Music for a Muse.” We’ll perform a few excerpts from the program and use them as a spring board to engage with students in a discussion about Tarquinia Molza and female court musicians in the Italian Renaissance.
